Settings → Organization holds the organization itself: the outermost container everything else lives in.

Name and slug

The organization’s display name and its slug (the short identifier that appears in URLs). Renaming either needs an admin and changes nothing else; agents, members, and Agent Automations all carry on.

Timezone

The organization’s timezone is what schedules are measured in: “9am daily” means 9am here. It’s captured from the founder’s browser at onboarding, so if your business lives somewhere else, or moves, correct it and every schedule follows. The scheduling caveats are on the Scheduling page.

Deleting the organization

The one action reserved for the owner. Deletion removes the organization and everything in it: agents, Agent Automations, chats, history, connections. It’s guarded by a type-to-confirm prompt because there’s no undo. If the goal is to quiet things down rather than end them, pause the Agent Automations instead; paused costs nothing and keeps the record.
