Members are the people in your organization. Inviting one takes a minute, and you decide what they can reach before they ever sign in.

Send an invitation

  1. Open Settings → Members and choose Invite (you’ll need to be an admin)
  2. Enter their email address
  3. Pick their role: admin or member. See Roles and agent access for what each can do
  4. Choose which agents they get access to
They receive an email with a link; following it and signing in with that address lands them in your organization, set up exactly as you chose. If they don’t have a Cando account yet, they create one on the way through.

While an invitation is open

Pending invitations show in the Members list alongside active members, so you always know who’s been asked. An invitation is a standing offer to one email address: it can be cancelled from the row’s menu any time before it’s accepted, and it expires on its own if it’s never used.

Removing access

Revoking a member (also admin-only) removes their access to the organization. Members who aren’t admins can still see who has access under Settings → Members; they can’t change it.
