Credits are the one currency for everything your agents do. This page covers the mechanics; the concept itself is on the Credits page.

The balance

Your organization holds a single credit balance, shown in Settings → Billing. Every agent’s work draws on it: chat replies, runs of Agent Automations, and the tool calls inside both. There are no per-agent or per-member balances to manage.

Where credits come from

  • Your plan. Each billing cycle includes a monthly credit allowance
  • Top-ups. Buy credits in Settings → Billing adds more whenever the allowance isn’t enough

The cycle rule

Monthly plan credits expire at the end of each billing cycle; the next cycle brings the next allowance. Size your plan to your actual month, and use top-ups for spikes rather than carrying a bigger plan than you need. Plans are compared on Plans and upgrading.

Watching the spend

Every run’s cost is on its row in Agent history, and the Usage screen rolls the whole organization up per day and per kind. If the balance is moving faster than expected, those two screens find the reason in a minute: it’s nearly always one Agent Automation on too eager a schedule.
