What it’s for

Everything your agent can do, offered to people who will never log in to Cando. A client portal without building one, an internal helpdesk behind a bookmark, an assistant linked from your website’s footer.

Set it up

Open Channels → Hosted page and choose Enable Hosted Page. Your agent gets a dedicated link on Cando’s hosted-agents domain, ready to share. Three things worth knowing:
  1. It’s a dedicated URL. Each agent gets its own link, so different audiences can get different agents
  2. It’s a focused chat surface. Visitors get the conversation and nothing else: no rail, no settings, no Cando chrome
  3. It’s the same agent. The page uses the instructions and connections you’ve already configured, so there’s no second setup to maintain

Keeping it in hand

The page is as public as the link, so share it with the audience you mean to. Conversations through it are on the record like any others, and disabling the page takes the URL offline without touching the agent.
