Cando gives your business agents: assistants that don’t only answer questions, but do the work. An agent can read your calendar, update a spreadsheet, draft an email, post to Slack, and it can do all of that on a schedule, without being asked twice.

The mental model

Three ideas carry the whole product:
  • Your organization is your business on Cando. It holds everything: agents, members, connections, and the credit balance that pays for the work.
  • Agents belong to your organization. Each has its own instructions, its own connected apps, and its own standing jobs. Start with one; add more as different parts of the business want their own.
  • Agent Automations are those standing jobs: an instruction plus the triggers that start it. “Every Monday at 8am, summarise the week ahead” is an Agent Automation, and once it exists your agent runs it on its own.
Everything else hangs off these. A chat is how you work with an agent directly. A connection is an app the agent is authorised to act in. A channel is a way to reach your agent from outside Cando, like Slack or email. Credits are what your organization spends when agents work.

You don’t have to build alone

Cando has a network of Advisors: independent firms (accountants, consultants, agencies) who build Agent Automations for businesses like yours and advise on where AI fits your operation. If you’d rather have an expert drive, get matched with an Advisor and they’ll build with you, on your account, with everything staying yours.
