Your plan sets your monthly credit allowance. Everything else about Cando is the same on every plan: your agents, your history, and your data don’t change shape when your plan does.

Where plans live

Settings → Billing shows your current subscription, payment method, and credit balance. Adjust plan opens the full plan comparison, where each plan’s monthly credits and price sit side by side. Pick the one whose allowance matches your actual month; top-ups cover the occasional spike more cheaply than a permanently bigger plan.

Changing plan

  • Upgrades take effect straight away, so the bigger allowance is there when you need it
  • Downgrades are scheduled for the end of the current cycle, so you keep what you’ve paid for until it’s used
  • Monthly credits expire at each cycle’s end either way; see How credits work
Plan changes and purchases need billing access, which is an admin privilege. Payment happens with our payment provider on their secure page; Cando doesn’t hold your card details.
