You earn on what you bring and what you build. There are four streams: two recurring trails, billable advisory time, and bonuses. They stack on the same client, start accruing from your first day, and every earning line shows the client, type, rate, and period it covers.
Current rates for every stream live on one page: the Commission Schedule (Schedule A of the Advisor Agreement). Rates never change retroactively; every line keeps the rate that applied when the usage happened, and changes come with 30 days’ notice.

Referral trails

What you earn. A share of the client’s net platform revenue for 4 years from Activation, their first paid invoice. Clients you introduce through your link or a submitted lead earn the advisor-sourced rate; Leads that Cando routes to you earn the Cando-routed rate. Both are on the Commission Schedule. How to qualify. The client signs up through your link or accepted lead, then Activates. Each client has one referral trail, held by the first firm attached. Cando-routed Leads expire if not accepted within 72 hours. When you get paid. The trail accrues as the client’s usage is invoiced, enters your balance as Pending, becomes Available after the settlement window, and pays in the next monthly run.

Builder trails

What you earn. A share of the usage value flowing through each Agent Automation your firm created, for its life. Capped-price modules pay the same share of the module fee. How to qualify. Create the Agent Automation on a client account your firm is linked to. Attribution is permanent and automatic: the creator holds the trail, and edits by anyone else never move it. Build as many as you like; each carries its own trail. When you get paid. Same cycle as referral trails. The trail accrues with client usage, moves from Pending to Available, and pays monthly.

Advisory hours

What you earn. Your own hourly rate, minus a small platform fee set in the Commission Schedule. How to qualify. Log hours against a short scope the client can see. The client approves each entry before anything is charged. When you get paid. Approved entries bill to the client, accrue to your balance, and pay in the monthly run.

Bonuses

Bonuses reward the work that grows the program. The first one you’ll meet is the activation bonus, paid once per client when they’ve paid their first invoice and one attributed Agent Automation is live on their account. That’s also the moment the referral becomes Activated. Other bonuses come and go as the program runs them, rewarding things like signing a number of new clients or helping a client reach a usage milestone in a month. Whatever is on offer, with its amount and conditions, is on the Commission Schedule.

How the money works

  • Everything accrues in USD from day one. Payout setup never blocks earning, only the transfer.
  • Payouts run monthly with a USD $10 minimum; smaller balances roll forward.
  • The streams stack: a referral trail, builder trails, and advisory hours can all run on the same client.
  • Your monthly statement shows client, type, rate, and period on every line, and you have 60 days to query any of them.
  • Earning requires an open account. Closing it ends accrual; everything already accrued still pays at the next run.
