These are the rules for using the Cando name, logo, and the Registered Advisor badge in your own marketing.

The Registered Advisor badge

The badge tells clients your firm has accepted the Advisor Agreement and holds an active account.
  • Use it on your website, proposals, email signatures, and marketing materials
  • Download it from your console (SVG, light and dark variants)
  • Don’t alter it: no recolouring, stretching, translating, or combining it with your own marks
  • Remove it within 30 days if your account closes
You can:
  • Describe your firm as a “Cando Registered Advisor” and your work as “built on Cando”
  • Use Cando in a path or subdomain of your own branded site, such as yourfirm.com/cando or cando.yourfirm.com
  • Show real screenshots of Agent Automations you’ve built, with your client’s permission for their data
Please don’t:
  • Present yourself as Cando. No cando-only domains, no “Cando” as your trading name, and no cando@gmail-style addresses on generic email providers
  • Modify the logo or set it in your own brand colours
  • Run paid ads on Cando brand terms, including misspellings and variations, without written permission

Claims not to make

  • You’re an independent firm. Don’t describe yourself as Cando’s employee, agent, reseller, or exclusive partner
  • Don’t make commitments on Cando’s behalf about pricing, roadmap, uptime, or data handling. Link to our published terms instead
  • Don’t republish commission rates. Link to the current Commission Schedule so your audience always sees the version in force
