Two console pages bring you clients: Referrals for the businesses you introduce, and Leads for the ones Cando matches to you. They pay different trail rates, both set on the Commission Schedule.

Referrals

The Referrals page holds your two ways of introducing a business:
  • Your referral link. Copy it and share it anywhere. A client who signs up through it is attributed to your firm automatically
  • Submit a referral. Enter the business’s name and contact email, and our team verifies the introduction
Below the tools, Your referrals lists every business you’ve introduced: its source (link or form), when it signed up, its status, and your lifetime earnings from it. A referral’s status is Signed up until the client pays their first invoice, when it becomes Activated. Activation starts your referral trail’s term, and with a live attributed Agent Automation it can also trigger the activation bonus.

Leads

Leads are businesses Cando has matched to your firm. Each new offer shows the business, what it’s looking for, when it was offered, and when it expires: you have 72 hours to accept before the lead goes elsewhere. Accept a lead and it’s yours to convert; the client links to your firm and your trail starts at the Cando-routed rate. Decline the ones outside your specialty, and they count against nothing. The Earlier list keeps the record: each past lead with its outcome, whether it converted, was declined, or expired.

Which rate applies

One referral trail per client, held by the first firm attached. Clients you introduce earn the advisor-sourced rate; accepted leads earn the Cando-routed rate. The trail’s source is fixed when the client links and shown on every earning line.
