| Referral trail | Your recurring share of a client’s net platform revenue for introducing them. Runs 4 years from Activation. One per client, held by the first firm attached |
| Builder trail | Your recurring share of the usage value through each Agent Automation you created. Runs for the life of the Agent Automation |
| Advisory hours | Client-approved billable time at your own rate, logged against a written scope. You keep the advisor share |
| Bonus | A one-off amount for a program milestone. The activation bonus is standing; others are offered from time to time. Amounts and conditions live on the Commission Schedule |
| Activation | The moment a referred client pays their first invoice. Starts the referral trail’s term. With one live attributed Agent Automation, it also triggers the activation bonus |
| Lead | A potential client routed to you by Cando or submitted by you. Statuses: New → Accepted → Converted / Lost / Declined / Expired. You have 72 hours to accept |
| Pending / Available / Paid | The three states of every earning line: accrued but inside the settlement window, payable at the next run, and transferred to your bank |
| Payout run | The monthly cycle that pays your Available balance. USD $10 minimum; smaller balances roll forward |
| Commission Schedule | Schedule A of the Advisor Agreement, the published rate card every number traces to. Rates never change retroactively |
| Registered Advisor | The program’s advisor tier (v1 has exactly one). What your firm becomes on accepting the Advisor Agreement |
| Attribution | Which firm holds a trail. Permanent and automatic: set when a client is referred or an Agent Automation is created, and never changed by edits |
| Statement | Your monthly earnings record. Every line shows client, type, rate, and period. You have 60 days to query any line |
