This is the published rate card for the Cando Advisor Program: Schedule A of the Advisor Agreement, and the single source every other page links to.

Version: Schedule A v1.4. The effective date is set on execution of Advisor Agreement v1.4 and shown here. Every earning line is stamped with the schedule version in force on its event date.

Where more than one rate could apply, precedence runs: per-client override, then negotiated advisor rate, then tier rate, then program default. v1 has a single tier, Registered Advisor. Rates are never retroactive. Every earning line keeps the rate that applied when the usage happened, and changes take effect only after 30 days’ notice.

Bonuses on offer

Bonuses run from time to time, rewarding things like signing a number of new clients or helping a client reach a usage milestone. When one is on offer, it appears here with its amount and conditions.
